1. The service
HEXARO builds a complete dropshipping store for a one-time fee of $450: store setup, a domain name and one year of web hosting, AliExpress/Amazon/eBay integration, social media integration, a professional storefront design, one training session at handover, and post-launch optimization guidance. Your specific build agreement (signed in your dashboard) governs the scope of your project.
2. Accounts
You need an account with a verified email address to use your dashboard, sign your contract, and track your project. You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done from your account.
3. Payment
The $450 fee is paid in three instalments of $150: on signing your contract, when your store goes live for review, and at final handover. No further platform fees are charged by HEXARO after handover.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details, respond to build questions in a timely way, and only upload content you have the right to use (your own product photos, logos, and brand assets). Delays on your end will extend the build timeline.
5. Ownership
On payment of the final instalment, the domain, store, and all configuration become fully and solely yours. HEXARO keeps no ongoing access, control, or fees over your store.
6. Support & cancellation
We include 30 days of support after handover for fixes to what we built. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full; once building has started, the deposit covers work completed and is non-refundable, though any instalment paid for stages not yet delivered is refunded.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use your HEXARO account or dashboard to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another client’s project, or interfere with the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; we’ll post the new date at the top of this page when we do.
