What we collect
When you create a HEXARO account and use your dashboard, we collect:
- Your name and email address, to create and secure your account.
- The notes, links, images, and files you add to your store intake — whatever you tell us about your niche, products, and brand.
- Your signed contract (name and timestamp) and payment status for each instalment.
- Support ticket messages you send us, and our replies.
- The email address and time you provide when scheduling a video call, so we can send a Google Meet invitation.
What we don’t collect
We never see or store full card numbers, bank details, or passwords in plain text. Payments for your build are arranged directly between you and HEXARO outside of automatic card processing on this site; your dashboard only shows the status you’ve been marked as (awaiting or paid).
How we use it
Strictly to build and support your store: to track build progress, respond to support tickets, schedule calls, and get in touch about your project. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Your data is processed by the infrastructure that runs this site:
- Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
- Google Calendar is used, only when you schedule a video call, to create the meeting and send you an invite to the email address you provide.
We don’t share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back or need a copy of your build history. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — email us or open a support ticket from your dashboard and we’ll handle it directly.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
